Production increase of an existing walking hearth furnace up to 28 ton/h. The existing furnace was of a capacity of 18 ton/h and working dimensions of 12.500 x 3.500 mm. The furnace was extended and there was a complete revamping of the heating equipment to achieve the new production rate of 28 ton/h.
